Upon the executive order of then-president Ahmadinejad, many of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization of Iran’s employees were forced leave Tehran in order to resettle and carry out their job responsibilities in the major cities of Isfahan and Shiraz. This documentary explores the challenges of these voiceless employees as a consequence of this miserably failed project which was meant to manage the out of control population growth of the Iranian Capital.
