Caravan (2002)
Caravan depicts a group Taziyeh-khani ceremony in Isfahan. This group performs Taziyeh with complete equipments, special clothes and make-up and performing the detailed story of the Karbala. In this documentary, people are introduced individually and we hear what the caravan master has to say about Karbala and this great Taziyeh. All the clothes and equipment have been carefully designed for each character and group in Taziyeh, characters such as Shemr, Umar ibn Sa'ad, Harmaleh, Horr, Imam Hussein, Qolam, genies and even angels who came to help Imam Hussein, as well as the scene where Memrius the priest buys the head of Imam Hussein out of respect and buries it in front of his church.
