Kamal al-Din Behzad 1992
A documentary about the life of Kamal al-Din Behzad, which begins with an introduction to the city of Herat, the Goharshad school and mosque, and the time in which Behzad lived. The film continues with the pictures of his paintings and the explanations about his characteristics, his works, his style and the influence he had on the artists after him, especially on the artists of Tabriz School; also the analysis of composition and use of color in his works, which was inherent and instinctive. The film features some parallel images of reconstructed spaces, similar to his paintings, nd some combination of music and paintings with significant atmosphere.
