The roots 1992
In this documentary, we see an area in the north of Iran where its people are heavily dependent on forest trees and express their grief over their felling and uprooting. Some engineers have uprooted the trees for constructing roads. They are planning to plant new seedlings but people are still worried. Winter is coming and there are no roads and one of the locals has to carry his sick wife to the city.
