Walking on water 2003
The documentary has an empirical and poetic look at the style and works of "Hojjat Shakiba", an Iranian hyperrealist painter and photographer. The subject of most of Shakiba's paintings is the history of Iran. The film looks at half a century of his painting style. The thematic emphasis of this documentary is the face of an Iranian woman in the transition from myth to history in the works of Hojjat Shakiba.
