BAKHSHI is someone who plays DOOTAR (Iranian Instrument) ,sings and makes his instrument himself in Khorasan (North east of Iran). This film is a documentary about GHORBAN SOLEIMANI , an eighty years old man who is the last generation of BAKHSHI’s.
