In January 1989, "Imam Khomeini" wrote a letter to "Mikhail Gorbachev" and he handed the letter to the Tajik "Momen Shah Qanat" for translation and study of various dimensions, which he distributed to the media after the translation. The Soviet Union was called the blowing of a new spirit, which later disintegrated, warning the Imam to act.
