This is a documentary about one of the famous actors of Tajik cinema who appeared in a film as Rudaki many years ago. The life of this person named "Murad Ari Fof" is very similar to Rudaki's life. Like Rudaki, who was once popular with the Samanids and later ousted due to negligence, he was once the best actor in Russian cinema, but with the collapse of Russia and the civil war in Tajikistan, he has now become a simple employee in a film department. In this documentary, there are scenes from a feature film that has already been made about Rudaki, the great Iranian poet.
